The sales center for Nashville’s “hippest urban condo,” ICON in the Gulch, echoes the ground-breaking designs Moore Design Group and Bristol Development created for the community. The inspired design of the sales center is a chic and stylish motif that welcomes residents to the Music City. Inspired by a boutique hotel, Hager transformed the sales center into an elegant space that has received national recognition. MDG received ASID Design Ovation and Legacy of Design awards for The ICON in the Gulch Sales Center in 2008, and the property was also a finalist for the NAHB Pillars of the Industry Award in 2007.
